2023 (Senior): Earned First-Team All-Horizon League recognition after finishing runner-up at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 24:13.7, helping lead the Penguins to their second-consecutive Horizon League title…Named to the Horizon League All-Academic team for the third straight season…Competed in four races on the season…Placed 45th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional with the second-fastest 10k time in YSU history, clocking a 30:46.17 (11/10)…Finished 17th out of a loaded field at the Texas A&M Arturo Barrios Invitational, clocking a 23:43.3, the second-fastest 8k time in YSU history (10/13)…Clocked a 5-mile time of 24:32.3 in the Blue Race at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational to finish 60th (9/29).
2022 (Junior): Competed in six races on the season…Earned First-Team All-League Honors…Named to the Horizon League All-Academic Team…Logged a 10k time of 31:50.4 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regionals to place 82nd (11/11)…Finished third at the Horizon League Championships with an 8k time of 24:46.7, helping lead the Penguins to their first conference title since 2018 (10/29)…Placed 46th at the Penn State National Open with a 5.2 mile time of 26:25.9 (10/14)…Logged the seventh-fastest five-mile/8k time in program history at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational, clocking a 24:46.4 to finish 15th (9/30)…Was 38th at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, running an 8k time of 25:03 (9/23)…Turned in a 5.2 mile time of 26:22.8 at the Penn State Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational to finish 31st (9/9).
2021 (Sophomore): Competed in five of eight team events...Named to the Horizon League All-Academic Team...Etched the third-fastest 10K mark in program history at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional with a time of 31:44.5 to finish 78th (11/12)...Came in 25th at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 26:53.4 (10/30)...Turned in a 5.2-mile time of 26:23.2 at the Penn State National Open to finish 24th (10/15)...Posted a 5-mile time of 25:32.5 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (10/1)...Clocked a season-best 8K time of 25:44.9 at the Michigan State Spartan 2021 Auto Owners Invitational for 22nd place (9/17).
2020 (Freshman): Ran in both team outings...Posted a 19th-place finish at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:36.3 (3/4/21)...Ran a 26:16.3 en route to a 37th-place finish at the Florida State Winter Cross Country Classic (2/5/21).
High School: Finished 35th at the Division II State Championships with a time of 16:36.5...qualified for the state meet after placing as the runner-up in the regionals out of 169 runners...ran a time of 16:02 at the regional meet...personal-best time was 15:53 which set the school record by five seconds...as a junior, placed 83rd at the Division I State Championships with a time of 17:09.6...coach Sarah Meadows...competed in the Mid-East Cross Country Championships finishing 24th out of 36 in the All-Star race that featured runners from Ohio, Indiana and Michigan.
