2023 (Senior): Competed in four races on the season…Placed 45th at the Horizon League Championships with a 6k time of 23:16.6 (10/28)…Clocked a season-best 6k time of 23:10.0 at the Texas A&M Arturo Barrios Invitational(10/13)…Finished 16th at the Bill Lennox Slippery Rock Invitational with a 6k time of 23:34 (10/7)…Was the team’s third-best finisher at the season-opening Penn State Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational, clocking a time of 23:53.0 in the 6k (9/8).

2022 (Junior): Competed in all six races on the season…Logged a season-best 6k time of 22:51.0 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regionals to finish 143rd (11/11)…Finished 28th at the Horizon League Championships with a 6k time of 23:10.2 (10/29)…Clocked a 23:18.5 in the 6k at the Penn State National Open (10/14)…Logged a season-best 5k time of 18:31.4 in the gold race at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (9/30)…Finished the 5k race at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown Invitational with a time of 19:25 (9/23)…Ran a 6k time of 23:37.0 at the Penn State Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational (9/9).

2021 (Sophomore): Competed in four events during the 2021 season...Ran a season-best 6K time of 24:18 at the Slippery Rock Bill Lennox Invitational for a 13th-overall finish (10/9)...Posted a 5K time of 20:41.2 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (10/1)...Recorded a time of 25:08.9 at the Michigan State Spartan 2021 Auto Owners Invitational (9/17)...Logged a 4K time of 16:23.3 at the inaugural Yinzer Classic (9/3). 

2020 (Freshman): Did not compete in 2020. 

High School: As a senior, placed 58th at the Division I Ohio State Championship with a time of 19:18.5...finished 29th at the District meet with a time of 19:43.13...was Falls’ first female state qualifier in cross country since 2016...coach was Dan Scourfield.
