Youngstown State University Police Services, Parking Services and Janitorial Services are not included in the pricing for all facilities.
WATTS
Available space to rent: Mezzanine, High Jump, Long Jump, East/West Batting Cages, Turf & Track.
Regular Rate: $200 per hour for Full Field & $100 per hour ½ Field.
Scholastic Rate: $100 per hour for Full Field & $50 per hour ½ Field.
Beeghly Center
Available space to rent: Main Gymnasium, Long & Short Deck
Regular Rate: Cost to rent the main gymnasium is $2,000 for a four-hour time frame (Includes setup of bleachers and chairs). Each additional hour is $250.
Note: Beeghly Center has additional spaces to rent (Classrooms and Instructional areas) that are available upon request.
Beeghly Natatorium
Available space for rent: 1-18 lanes

Stambaugh Stadium
Beede Field
- Event Pricing: 4 hour event (non-practice, non-leisure) - $3,500. Each additional hour is $750.
- High School Football Game: $3,500 for one game.
- Regular Field Rental: Cost to rent the field for team practices or leisure activity is $200 per hour.
- Scholastic Field Rental: Cost to rent the field for team practice or leisure activity is $100 per hour.
In addition, standardized, long-term contracts are available for groups seeking extensive use.
Farmers National Bank Field
- High School Soccer Game: $200 per game
- Regular Field Rental: $200 per hour for team practice and leisure activity.
- Scholastic Field Rental: $100 per hour for team practice and leisure activity.
YSU Softball Field
- High School Softball Game: $200 per game
- Regular Field Rental: $200 per hour for team practice and leisure activity.
- Scholastic Field Rental: $100 per hour for team practice and leisure activity.
Cafaro Family Field
- Regular Field Rental: $200 per hour for team practice and leisure activity.
- Scholastic Field Rental: $100 per hour for team practice and leisure activity.
YSU Tennis Center
- Regular Rental: $20 per hour court rental.
- Scholastic Rental: $10 per hour court rental.
