2015 Indoor (Senior): Had a season-best in the long jump with a leap of 4.88 meters at the YSU Icebreaker.

2014 Outdoor (Junior): Won the javelin throw competition at the Horizon League Championships with a season-best, school-record and Horizon-League record throw of 44.75 meters...advanced to the NCAA East Prelims in the javelin...had a toss of 43.69 meters at the NCAA Prelims to finish a strong 34th place...earned her second letter.

2013 Outdoor (Junior): Redshirted.

2012 Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in the javelin at the Horizon League Championship and took home first with a throw of 40.12m.

2011 Outdoor (Freshman): Won the javelin title at the Horizon League Championships with a personal-best throw of 41.89m, which ranks second in YSU history…also took third in the event at the All-Ohio Championships with a mark of 37.87m.

High School: As a junior, qualified for the PIAA Western Regionals...placed sixth at the WPIAL Golf Championships...was a four-year letterwinner...also competed in track and field...was a state qualifier as a senior.

Personal: Parents are Celia and William Parham...has a sister...major is Exercise Science... is a 2014-15 recipient of a Lester F. Donnell Scholarship.
