2015 Outdoor (Junior): Placed 20th in the 1,500m run with a time of 4:22.25 at the Horizon League Championships...ran a season-best in the 1,500m run at the Ashland Alumni Open with a time of 4:10.97... placed 12th in the Steeplechase with a time of 10:08.32 at the HL championships...ran a personal best in the Steeplechase at the Slippery Rock Dave Labor Invitational with a time of 9:39.39...ran a personal-best in the 3,000m run at the Northeast Ohio Invitational with a time of 9:08.74.
2015 Indoor (Junior): Finished seventh in the mile at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 4:18.56...had a time of 9:05.84 in the 3,000m at the HL meet...ran anchor on the DMR at the HL Championships...had a season-best run in the 800-meter run at the SPIRE Invitational with a time of 1:57.94...ran a season-best at the YSU National Invitational with a time of 4:15.78 in the mile...achieved a season-best time in the 3000-meter run with a time of 8:51.08 at the YSU College Invitational...placed third in the 1 mile run at the YSU National Invitational.
2014 Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed sixth in the steeplechase at the Horizon League Championships with a season-best time of 9:39.49…finished 12th in the 5,000-meter run with a 15:46.30 mark…set season-best 5,000m time at the Coastal Carolina Invitational with a time of 15:29.16…placed 17th in the 1500 meter run with a 4:13.30 mark…set his season-best 1500 meter mark at the Jesse Owens Classic with a time of 3:58.85... Earned his second letter.
2013-2014 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in the 800-meter run at the Horizon League Championships with a season-best time of 1:55.92…was a member of the distance medley relay squad that placed fifth at the HL meet…ran a season-best 4:21.07 in the one-mile-run at the SPIRE Division I Invitational…registered a season-best 9:02.06 3,000-meter run at the YSU Invitational...earned his second letter.
2013 Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 11th at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 4:04.58 in the 1,500-meter run...had a season-best time of 2:02.74 in the 800-meter run at the Northeast Ohio Invitational...best time in the 1,500m was a 4:02.90 at the Ashland Alumni Open to earn a fourth-place finish.
2012-13 Indoor (Freshman): Placed 14th in the 800-meter run with a personal-best time of 1:58.98 at the Horizon League Championships...finished 14th in the mile with a personal-best time of 4:25.46 at the HL Championships...top performance in the 1,000-meter run was 2:34.41 at the YSU National Invitational...had a top time of 9:17.78 at the YSU Invitational win the 3,000m...placed fifth in the 1,000m run at the YSU National Invitational.
High School: Personal bests include 4:20.17 in the 1,600-meter run, 10:06.54 in the 3,200-meter run, 16:53.10 in the 5,000-meter run, 1:58.53 in the 800 meters and 4:44.10 in the mile... two-time Indoor State Qualifer in 800m finishing sixth and eighth...was the 2010 Conference Champion in 3,200-meter run...as a junior and senior, was Conference Champion in 1,600-meter run and a Regional Qualifer in 1,600...also played soccer and was named second-team All District.
