2016 Indoor (Junior): Competed in the 3,000m and 5,000m runs at the Horizon League Championships...had a time of 15:55.69 in the 5,000m and a time of 9:11.23 in the 3,000-meter run.

2015 Indoor (Sophomore): Ran a season-best in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:01.42 at the SPIRE Midwest Invitational...had a personal-best in the 5,000-meter run at the YSU National Invitational...ran the 5,000m at the Horizon League Championships.
2014 Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 10th in the 10,000-meter run at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 33:13.02…ran a season-best 32:21.34 in the 10,000-meter run at the Raleigh Relays…finished 20th at the league meet in the 5,000m run with a 15:56.87 mark…ran a season-best 15:47.96 5000 meter run at the Raleigh Relays…set a season-best time in the 3,000-meter run at the Northeast Ohio Quad with a 9:19.18 mark…ran a 4:16.06 in the 1,500 meters at the Ashland Open setting a season-best... Earned his first letter.
2014 Indoor (Freshman): Finished 20th in the 3,000-meter run at the Horizon League Championships with a season-best time of 9:03.94…was a member of the distance medley that placed fifth at the HL meet…recorded a season-best 4:36.71 running time in the one-mile run at the Akron Zips Invitational…registered a season-best 15:46.08 running time in the 5,000-meter run at the YSU Invitational...earned his first letter.
High School: Set the three-mile record at Liberty with a time of 15:59...was named NAC runner of the year in 2011 and 2012...as a senior at the All-American Conference Championship won the 3,200-meter run with a time of 10:14 and was fourth in the 1600m with a time of 4:43...at the District Track and Field Championship finished third in the 3200m (10:05) and placed fifth in the 3200 meters with a time of 10:08...was an Academic All-Ohio selection in 2013 while finishing with a 3.967 GPA...earned four letters in cross country and was a two-time captain.
