High School: Was the Butler County Runner of the Year, Alle-Kiski Valley Runner of the Year, WPIAL (District 7) cross country individual champion, PIAA State Medalist in cross country and track & field (1600m)...named an Adidas Indoor Nationals All-American and to the Pennsylvania All-State Indoor Team...holds Knoch High School records in five events (800m, 1600m, 3200m, 5000m, 5000m XC)...placed seventh in the mile at the Adidas Indoor Nationals...owns personal-best times of 4:16.11 in the mile, 9:18.98 in the 3200m and 15:12.64 in the 5000m.
