Biography

2024 Outdoor: Ran a personal best of 14:21.92 in t he 5000m at the Raleigh Relays...clocked a personal best time of 3:54.04 in the 1500m at the Bison Outdoor Classic.

2024 Indoor: Finished fourth in the 3000m at the Horizon League Championships in a personal best time of 8:18.48...was part of the DMR that finished second at the league meet...ran a mile personal best of 4:10.62 at the Boston University Valentine Invitational...ran on the winning DMR at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational...competed in five meets.

2023 Outdoor: Did Not Compete.

2023 Indoor: Did Not Compete.

High School: Placed eighth in the 1600m run at the Division I State Championships with a time of 4:16.96 as a senior...placed fifth at the Region 3 meet in the 3,200m with a personal-best time of 9:24.26...as a junior, was eighth in the 3200m at the Division I meet with a season-best time of 9:25.78.

Personal: Recipient of the 2024-25 Schmutz Family Scholarship for Penguin Athletes.
