2024 Outdoor: Placed first in the 400m hurdles with a time of 53.17 at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships...finished second in the 400m dash with a time of 46.95...also finished second with his team in the 4x100m relay with a time of 42.81 at the HL meet.

2024 Indoor: Had an impressive Horizon League Championships, placing first in the 400m in a personal best time of 47.85. Also finished third in the 200m in a personal best time of 21.68. Won the 400m at the SPIRE Indoor Games. Competed in the 200m and 400m at the UMass Lowell Riverhawk Invite. 

2023 Outdoor: Claimed first Horizon League title in a personal-best time of 51.58 seconds in the 400m hurdles...ran on the 4x100m and the 4x400m relay squads at the HL meet...competed at the NCAA East Preliminary event, where he finished 21st in the 400m hurdles...had a time of 52.97 seconds in the quarterfinals after clocking a time of 51.66 seconds in the first round...opened season at the Northeast Ohio Invite with a time of 54.50 seconds in the 400m hurdles...competed on the fifth-place 4x100m relay team at the Bison Outdoor Classic..also ran a time of 53.59 seconds in the 400m hurdles to earn a fifth-place finish...finished third at the Virginia Challenge in 52.65 seconds in the 400m hurdles.

2022-23 Indoor: Had an impressive Horizon League Championships, placing fourth in the 200m (22.25 seconds) and sixth in the 60m hurdles (8.45 seconds)...ran a time of 8.41 seconds in the prelims of the 60m hurdles...made collegiate debut at the YSU Icebreaker running the 200m (22.31 seconds) and 60m hurdles (8.36 seconds)...jumped a new PR in the long jump of 6.65m at the YSU Invite...ran a 60m hurdle PR of 8.36 seconds at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational...posted a 200m personal best of 21.96 seconds at the SPIRE Collegiate Games to earn a fourth-place finish.

Before YSU: Is a Great Britain Junior National Track and field athlete...was the national 110m Hurdles champion 2021...earned the national hurdle silver in 2022...won at the South-west Championships, won the English Schools Championships and was Silver medalist at the England Athletics Under-20 Championships...competed for the Wells City Running Club.
