2024 Outdoor: Finished third in the 1,500m with a time of 3:51.68 at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships

2024 Indoor: Ran a 5,000m personal best of 14:20.90 at the Boston University Terrier Classic. Ran a 3,000m season best of 8:21.77 at the Nittany Lion Challenge. Finished 10th in both the 3,000m and 5,000m at the Horizon League Championships. 

2023 Outdoor: Earned a runner-up finish in the 1500m at the Horizon League Championships...ran a personal-best time of 3:50.02 in the 1500m at the HL meet, which ranks fourth in YSU history...competed in the 5,000m at the Raleigh Relays and Virginia Challenge.

2022-23 Indoor: Finish third in the 5,000m at the Horizon League Championships with a personal-best time of 14:36.81...ran a personal best in the mile of 4:12.53 at the Ashland Jud Logan Invite...clocked the third-fastest time in YSU history over the 3,000m distance at the Boston University Valentine Invite.

2022 Outdoor (Sophomore): Did not compete.

2022 Indoor (Sophomore): Placed 10th in the 5000m at the Horizon League Championships with a personal-best time of 14:45.39...competed in five meets...was seventh in the 5000m at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational.

2021 Outdoor (Freshman): Did not compete.

2021 Indoor (Sophomore): Did not compete.

Canisius: Notched personal-best times in the 3000m (8:29) and 5000m (14:38)...placed fifth overall in the 3000m at the 2020 YSU Mid-Major Invitational, posting a 8:40.94 mark in the 3000m...was part of a 4x800 squad that placed fourth at the 2020 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Indoor Championships.

High School: Four-time state qualifier and two-time All-League honoree.
