Youngstown State sophomore women's golf student-athlete Neeranuch Prajunpanich was named to the 2025 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® Women's At-Large Team, the organization announced on Tuesday.

Prajunpanich becomes just the third player in program history to collect Academic All-District honors and the first since Danae Rugola and Madie Smithco in 2022-23. The Samut Prakan, Thailand, native was also selected to the 2025 Horizon League Women's Golf All-Academic Team for her combined performance on the course and in the classroom.

Prajunpanich put together a historic sophomore season in 2024-25 that included an individual victory at the Horizon League Championship and an appearance at the NCAA Columbus Regional. Prajunpanich matched the single-season school record with five tournament wins while playing in a school-record 31 rounds. She was named the Horizon League Women's Golfer of the Year and selected to the All-Horizon League First Team.

The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes at-large honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA —  in the sports of Women's Beach Volleyball, Women's Bowling, Women's Crew/Rowing, Men's and Women's Fencing, Women's Field Hockey, Men's and Women's Golf, Men's and Women's Gymnastics, Men's and Women's Ice Hockey, Men's and Women's Lacrosse, Men's and Women's Rifle, Men's and Women's Skiing, Men's Volleyball, Men's and Women's Water Polo and Men's Wrestling.

Prajunpanich now becomes a finalist for the CSC Academic All-America® ballot, the results of which will be announced on July 8.
