The Youngstown State women's tennis team had three student-athletes named to the Horizon League's Valeo All-Academic Team, the conference announced on Thursday.
Earning first-team honors were Julia Marko and Lili Minich while Lorena Cedeno was an Honorable-Mention selection.
Minich is three-time selection while Marko and Cedeno collected academic accolades for the first time in their careers.
This year, Marko has won 23 singles matches, including 12 dual contests. Minich has won 18 contests this year, with 10 coming in dual competition. Cedeno also has 18 total singles wins and 10 dual triumphs.
YSU returns to action on Friday when it plays host to Oakland at the YSU Indoor Tennis Center. First serve is set for 2 p.m.
