2014 (Junior): Was a member of the team, but did not see action...named scout team defensive player of the week against Indiana State.
USF (2011-13): Spent three seasons with the USF program…as sophomore in 2013, played in all 12 games, starting 11…posted 32 total tackles, 22 of which were solos…had five pass breakups, a forced fumble and recovered a fumble…posted a career-high five tackles vs. No. 15 Miami...had an interception and returned it 15 yards and added four tackles vs. Memphis...forced a fumble and had three tackles at Houston...recovered a fumble and had two tackles at No. 17 UCF...tied his career high with five tackles in a win at UConn...had two stops against McNeese State, Florida Atlantic and SMU…posted at least one tackle in every game…earned his second letter…as a sophomore in 2012, appeared in seven games and started a contest…was in the starting lineup against Cincinnati…had 10 total tackles, six of which were solo stops…had a pass breakup…tallied three tackles against Ball State (two solos and an assist), and Pittsburgh (two solos, one assist)…credited with two tackles against the Bearcats…had a tackle and a pass breakup against Miami…recorded a tackle vs. Syracuse…earned his first letter…redshirted in 2011.
HIGH SCHOOL: An all-state and all-region performer as a senior...posted 78 tackles, eight interceptions, 17 PBU and two blocked FGs during his three-year career...named to the North-South All-Star team...was voted team captain...tallied 40 tackles, three INTs and 15 PBU...also posted seven receptions for 197 yards and two TDs and a blocked FG...notched 27 tackles, three INTs, two PBU and a blocked FG as a junior...added 11 tackles and two INTs as a sophomore…coach was Randy McPherson…also competed in basketball and track and field...set the school record in the triple jump as a junior with a mark of 48-6.
PERSONAL: Has two sisters, Kenyarda and Kenya...majoring in general studies...is the 2015-16 recipient of the Jack Sr. and Jean Cramb Scholarship.
