2017 (Senior): Started all 11 games at defensive end…had 40 total tackles, 24 of which were solo stops…had a team-high 7.5 TFLs and five sacks…also led the team with 10 QB hurries…in MVFC play had 29 tackles, including 19 solos…had six tackles at Pittsburgh, including a sack…had six tackles at SIU, including a sack and a season-high five solos…had five stops against North Dakota State, UNI and South Dakota…had a sack against USD.
2016 (Junior): Played in eight games as a reserve defensive end...had two quarterback hurries in playoff victory over Samford...had an assisted tackle against Robert Morris...earned his first letter.
2015 (Sophomore): Saw action against Missouri State and Indiana State...had an assisted tackle against MSU.
2014 (Rochester Community): Played in 10 games...was an honorable-mention all-conference selection...had 38 total tackles, 24 of which were solo stops...had 15 TFLs and six sacks...had a high of eight tackles, including five TFLs and 2.5 sacks against North Dakota College of Science...returned an interception 13 yards for a touchdown against Minnesota State...Yellowjackets went 8-4...coach was Bill Quistorff.
2013 (Freshman): Redshirted...named scout team Defensive Player of the Week vs. Michigan State, Western Illinois and South Dakota...named scout team Special Teams Player of the Week vs. Indiana State.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played defensive end and outside linebacker...coach was O. T. Mahone...also played basketball...averaged 13.2 points per game.
PERSONAL: Parents are Nicole and Kenneth Chapman...has five brothers and four sisters...major is general studies...is the 2017-18 recipient of the Jermaine Hopkins Scholarship.
