2024 Outdoor: Placed first in the 10,000m at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships with a time of 30:04.03...set the school mark in the 5,000m of 13:50.89 at the Sound Running Track Fest on May 11 in California...clocked a personal-best time of 3:53.75 in the 1500m at the 2024 Bryan Clay Invitational.
2024 Indoor: Defended his Horizon League title in the 5,000m at the Horizon League Championships...broke his own school record in the 5,000m at the Boston University Season Opener in a time of 13:47.78...also broke his 3,000m record in a time of 7:58.37 at the Boston University Terrier Classic..ran a mile personal best of 4:04.08 at the YSU Invitational in the elite race...competed in five meets.
2023 Outdoor: Did not compete
2022-23 Indoor: Captured Horizon League titles over the 3,000m and 5,000m distances...posted a winning time of 14:30.37 in the 5,000m to win by five seconds...in the 3,000m won with a time of 8:32.38...ran a school record time of 8:04 in the 3,000m at the Nittany Lion Challenge...also set the 5,000m school record at the Boston Terrier Classic running a 13:50.04...ran the third-fastest time in YSU history in the mile, where he clocked a 4:06.06...took first place in the 3,000m at the Nittany Lion Open with a time of 8:04.81.
2022 Outdoor (Sophomore): Finished eighth in the 10,000m run at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships with a time of 30:59.82...had a personal-best time of 3:55.21 in the 1500m at the Jesse Owens Classic...had a best time of 14:19.19 in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays.
2022 Indoor (Sophomore): Placed third in the 3000m run and fifth in the 5000m at the Horizon League Championships...had a time of 14:28.94 in the 5000m and 8:31.17 in the 3000m...ran a best time of 8:15.26 in the 3000m at the GVSU Big Meet.
2021 Outdoor (Freshman):Â Earned a runner-up finish in the 5000m at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships with a time of 14:35.67 - a team-best...Finished eighth in the 10,000m at the conference championships, clocking a season-best 30:59.44...posted a season-best time of 3:56.40 in the 1500m at the Hillsdale "Gina" Relays.
2021 Indoor (Freshman):Â Finished with season-best times of 8:32.94 in the 3000m and 15:03.57 in the 5000m - both times were third-fastest on team...Finished fourth in the 3000m, eighth in the 5000m at the Horizon League Indoor Championships.
