2023 Outdoor: Ran an impressive runner-up race at the Horizon League Championships in the steeplechase...had a time of 9:10.56 in the event...added a fourth-place finish at the HL meet in the 5,000m with a time of 14:43.70...opened the season with a time of 9:11 in the steeplechase time the Colonial Relays...competed in the 5K at the Bison Outdoor Classic and ran a time of 14:47...went on to race at the Virginia Challenge in the steeplechase with a time of 9:42...finished fourth in the 5K in a PR of 14:43...finished the season in the steeplechase at the Harrison Dillard Twilight meet, where he ran the sixth-fastest time in YSU history at 9:04.28...placed third in the event...was fourth at the Colonial Relays with a time of 9:11.78 in the steeple.
2023 Indoor: Finished seventh at the Horizon League Championships in the 3,000m and competed on the runner-up Distance Medley Relay team...earned a 1,000m personal best time of 2:35 at the Nittany Lion Challenge...finished runner-up in the 3,000m at the Ashland Jud Logan Invite with a personal-best time of 8:25, which ranked 12th in school history...ran a mile PR of 4:15 at the Boston Valentine Invite.
Western Kentucky:Â At the 2022 CUSA Outdoor Championships placed ninth in the steeplechase with a time of 9:29.37 and was 19th in the 5000m clocking a 15:13.55...ran a top time of 9:26.17 in the steeplechase at the Kentucky Track and Field Invitational...won the event at the UAB Green and Gold Invitational with a time of 9:33.51...at the CUSA Indoor Championships competed in the 3000m and the 5000m.Â
High School: At Parkersburg, he won the state championship in the 800m with a time of 1:59.34 and was second in the 1600m and the 3200m events....the 27 points at the meet helped lead Parkersburg to the team title in 2021.
Personal: Is a 2024-25 recipient of the Olga D. and the Joseph F. Malmisur Athletic Scholarships.Â
