2011 Outdoor (Sophomore): Finished eighth in the 100m dash at the Horizon League Championships with a season-best preliminary time of 12.31 seconds and a final time of 12.44 seconds…placed fifth in the event with a time of 12.67 seconds at the Northeast Ohio Invitational…ran the 100m in 12.68 seconds at the All-Ohio Championships to finish eleventh…also ran for 12.86 seconds at the Duke Invitational to finish 24th.
2011 Indoor (Sophomore): Placed third in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.28 seconds and fifth in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.80 seconds at the Horizon League Championships.
2010 Outdoor (Freshman): Finished sixth in both the 100m dash (12.62) and 200m dash (25.41) and was a member of the 4x100m relay squad that ran a time of 47.67 seconds to finish second at the Horizon League Championships ... her 100m dash time of 12.29 seconds in the prelims at the event ranks 10th in school history ... claimed eighth in the 100m dash with a time of 12.48 seconds and ran a time of 25.88 seconds in the 200m dash to finish 12th at the All-Ohio Championships ... also ran the 100m dash in 12.53 seconds to finish sixth at the Northeast Ohio Quad.
2010 Indoor (Freshman): Placed sixth in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.90 seconds and was sixth in the 200m with a time of 25.84 at the Horizon League Championships.
High School: Was a member of the school-record breaking 4x100m and 4x200m squads...qualified for the state meet in both events...was named a captain as a senior...named first team all-conference in the 100m, 4x100m, and 4x200m...won the district crown in the 4x100m twice...also won the district championships in the 100m and 4x200m...coach was Antonio Coleman...also played basketball.
Personal: Born Feb. 20, 1990...parents are Jim and Linda Garner...has a brother (Joseph) and a sister (Donna)...major is exercise science.
