2013 Indoor (Junior): Finished fourth in the 3,000-meter run at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 10:12.40...also placed fourth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:47.87...best performance in the 3,000m run was 10:03.60 at the SPIRE Division I Invitational...top time in the 5,000m run was 17:47.79 at the YSU National Invitational...finished second in the 5,000m at the YSU National Invitational...was third in the 3,000m run at the YSU Invitational...Academic All-Horizon League selection.
2012 Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed second in the 10,000m run with a time of 36:46.07 at the Horizon League Championships...finished fifth in the 5,000m run at the Horizon League Championship with a time of 17:40.42...captured the 10,000m run title at the Sparky Adams Invitational (36:22.13).
2012 Indoor (Sophomore): Ran to a ninth-place finish in the 3,000m run at the Horizon League with a time of 10:16.30...placed fifth in the 5,000m with a time of 17:18.69 at the HL Meet...Finished sixth at the YSU National Invitational in the 3,000m run (10:19.33).
2011 Outdoor (Freshman): Finished 19th in the 10,000m at the Horizon League Championships with a personal-best time of 38:25.33…her time ranks 10th in school history…also ran the 5,000m in 19:15.23 at the league meet to finish 16th…ran a season-best 5,000m time of 18:49.79 at the Duke Invitational…finished 13th in the 10,000m at the All-Ohio Championships with at time of 38:56.31.
2011 Indoor (Freshman): Finished 14th in the mile run with a time of 5:31.32 and was part of the distance medley group at the Horizon League Championships.
2010 XC (Freshman): Competed in all seven meets ... at the Horizon League Championships, was 22nd with a time of 19:13 (5k) ... was the Guins' third-best finisher at the meet ... at the Great Lakes Regional had a time of 24:32 (6k) placing 194th ... was second-best YSU runner at the Akron Quad Meet finishing 19th with a time of 19:45 (5k) ... was 38th at the Duquesne Duals with a time of 19:47 ... at the Notre Dame Invitational was 62nd with a 5k-best time of 19:09 ... was 45th at the BGSU Invitational with a time of 23:10 (6k) ... earned her first letter.
High School: Earned letters in cross country and track...received the team's MVP Distance Award...named to the 2009 AAC All-Star list for cross country...coach was Kim Graf.
Personal: Daughter of Darlene and Albert Pompeo...has two brothers and a sister...both parents attended YSU...major is early childhood education...is the 2012-13 recipient of the James and Margaret Cook Scholarship.
