2012 Indoor (Senior): Placed eighth at the Horizon League Indoor Championships in the shot put with a mark of 11.66m…also threw for 11.16m at the YSU Invitational.
2011 Outdoor (Junior): Placed fourth in the shot put at the Sparky Adams Invitational with a personal-best throw of 12.17m…threw for 11.90m in the same event at the Northeast Ohio Quad to finish seventh…threw 11.21m at the All-Ohio Championships…also threw the discus 33.02m at the Horizon League Championships.
2011 Indoor (Junior): Finished fourth in the shot put with a throw of 12.66 meters and competed in the weight throw at the Horizon League Championships.
2010 Outdoor (Sophomore): Threw the shot put 11.70m (38-4 ¾) to finish seventh at the Horizon League Championships ... threw the shot put a season-best distance of 11.82m (38-9 ½) at the Ashland Alumni Open to finish 16th ... also finished in seventh place in the event at the Northeast Ohio Quad with a throw of 11.41m (37-5 ¼).
2010 Indoor (Sophomore): Threw the shot put 11.32m (37-1 ¾) at the Horizon League Championships to finish eighth … had a season-best throw of 11.67m (38-3 ½) in the event at the Doug Raymond Invitational to take 14th… finished ninth in the shot put at the Jane Herman Invite with a throw of F 11.34m (37-2 ½) … added a distance of 11.44m (37-6 ½) at the Kent State Tune-Up.
2009 Indoor (Freshman): Finished seventh in the shot put (38-5 ½) at the Horizon League Championships ... threw a season-best distance of 38-11 in an eighth-place finish at the Saint Francis Red Flash Open ... added top-10 finishes at both the Sparky Adams Invite (37-10 ¾) and the Northeast Ohio Quad (36-3).
2009 Indoor (Freshman): Finished sixth in the shot put with a personal-best distance of 12.02m (39-5 ¼) at the Horizon League Championships ... had two top-10 finishes in the shot put, including a sixth-place finish at the Robert Morris Sixway.
High School: Was a three-year letterman at Poland Seminary...held the shot put record for girls...first thrower from Poland to make it to state... named Poland's field MVP three-years in a row...member of two MAC conference title teams...coach was Rob Sainato...also earned three letters in golf.
