2013 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in the3,000-meter and 5,000-meter runs at the Horizon LeagueChampionships...finished 15th in the 5,000-meter run with aseason-best time of 20:52.31...had a season-best time of 11:50.84in the 3,000 meters...posted a top time of 3:18.24 in the 1,000meters at the YSU Invitational...had a best time of 2:37.16 at theYSU National Invitational in the 800m...top time in the mile was5:51.15 at the Akron Zips Invitational.

High School: Was a four-time letterwinner intrack and cross country...named team captain twice in bothsports...set high school records in the mile (indoor) and thesteeplechase...earned Most Improved and MVP team awards in crosscountry...earned the Best Distance Runner award in tracktwice...was named First-Team All-District twice and Second-TeamAll-League three times...also played basketball...was a member ofNational Honor Society and graduated with a 4.0 GPA.
