2013 Outdoor (Sophomore): Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Horizon League Championships with a personal-best time of 11:09.78...overcame two runners in the final two laps to take first...placed 13th in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 19:17.84...had a season-best time of 18:25.20 at the Raleigh Relays...clocked a time of 5:00.13 in the 1,500-meter run at the Northeast Ohio Invitational...Academic All-Horizon League selection.
2013 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in the 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter runs at the Horizon League Championships...finished ninth in the 5,000-meter run in a time of 19:12.17...placed 15th in the 3,000m with a time of 10:59.34 at the HL meet...best performance in the 3,000m was 10:44.34 at the SPIRE Division I Invitational...top time in the 5,000m was an 18:21.34 at the YSU National Invite.
2012 Outdoor (Freshman): Finished ninth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 11:48.88.
2012 Indoor (Freshman): Finished 24th in the 3,000-meter run at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 11:15.38.
High School: Earned eight letters in track and cross country...was named team captain twice...set high school records in the 5k (18:09), 800 (2:27), 1600 (5:23) and 3200 (11:23)...earned the Rookie of the Year award in both sports...was the MAL Runner of the Year from 2007-2010...was a three-time league champion in the 3200 from 2008-2010 and was the runner-up in 2011...track team was MAL Champions from 2007-2010...coach was Jeff Phillips.
