2021 Cross Country (Senior): Made three appearances during the 2021 season...Finished 28th at the Slippery Rock Bill Lennox Invitational with season-best 6K time of 25:42 (10/9)...Ran a 26:06.2 at the Colonial Invitational (9/17)...Posted a 4K time of 18:12.0 at the inaugural Yinzer Classic (9/3).

2020 Cross Country (Junior): Did not compete.

2019 Cross Country (Sophomore): Competed in four of eight events...Posted a time of 21:01.0 at the 5K Canisius Alumni Open (10/19)...Recorded a time of 20:32.01 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (10/4)...Finished with a time of 21:24.4 at the Tommy Evans Invitational (9/7)...Placed 21st with a time of 21:22.75 at the Duquesne Duals (8/31).

2019 Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in the 5000m and 10000m at the Horizon League Championships...had season-best times of 20:43.66 in the 5000m and 41:45.34 in the 10000m. 

2019 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in the 3000m at the Horizon League Championships running a personal-best time of 11:38.60...also ran in the 5000m, had a season-best time of 19:50.54.

2018 Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in five of eight races...Finished 35th and posted a 5K time of 21:00.41 at the Duquesne Duals (9/1)...Ran a time of 20:56 in the 5K at the Tommy Evans Invitational (9/8)...Posted a season-best time 20:50.76 in the 5K at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (9/28)...Posted a 21:21.8 at the Canisius Alumni Open (10/13).

High School: Was a three-sport athlete also playing soccer and basketball.

Personal: Parents are Ken and Christine Hunkus...majoring in mechanical engineering.
