2021 (Graduate Student): Competed in six events...Logged the 12th-quickest 6K in program history at the NCAA Great Lakes Regionals with a time of 22:28.1 to finish 129th (11/12)...Finished 28th at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 24:04.6 (10/30)...Ran a time of 22:47.6 at the Penn State National Open (10/15)...Posted a 5K time of 19:00.5 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (10/1)...Finished 65th at the Michigan State Spartan 2021 Auto Owners Invitational with a time of 23:41.0 (9/17)...Turned in a 4K time of 15:56.9 at the inaugural Yinzer Classic (9/3).

Walsh Univ. (2017-2020) - Ran personal-best times of 18:33.1 in the 5000m (XC) and 21:48.8 in the 6000m (XC)...posted career-best times of 5:12.71 in the 1500m, 10:35.32 in the 3000m and 17:57.74 in the 5000m.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran track and field...owned personal-best times of 2:40 in the 800m, 5:58 in the mile, 12:23 in the two-mile...competed in the 4x800m relay. 

PERSONAL: Daughter of Carl and Jan Sonneberger...Has four siblings - Alex, Nicole, Josh and Kaitlyn Sonneberger...academic interest is physical therapy.
