The Youngstown State men's tennis team dropped a tough 5-2 decision to Georgetown on Friday afternoon at the YSU Indoor Tennis Center.
The Hoyas (5-8) won the doubles point by taking two of three matches and earned wins in four singles contests against the Penguins (5-7).
At No. 3, Clement Mainguy earned a 6-3, 6-4 victory while at No. 5, Harry Fouzas picked up a 7-5, 6-3 win. YSU's William Everett dropped his contest in straight sets.
In doubles, Mainguy and David Alvarez Moreno earned a 6-3 win at No. 3.
The Penguins return to action on Sunday when they play host to Butler. First serve at the YSU Indoor Tennis Center is set for 1 p.m.
