South Bend, Ind. - The Youngstown State men's tennis team was in action on Thursday and Friday at the ITA Midwest Regionals hosted by Notre Dame in South Bend.
Hugo Morth picked up a win in the opening round of qualifying over Green Bay's Charlie Ridout, 6-3, 6-7, 6-1. Morth dropped his second-round match to Wisconsin's John Zordani, 6-1, 6-7, 6-3.
In singles consolation play, Yossi Dahan defeated Wisconsin's Alan Sweet, 5-7, 6-1, 6-4.
On Friday in doubles play, the Guins dropped all three matches.
