2012 Outdoor (Sophomore): Earned a third-place finish at the Horizon League Championships in the 400m hurdles with a time of 53.55 seconds...finished sixth in the 110m hurdles at the HL Championship with a time of 14.70 seconds.
2012 Indoor (Sophomore): Placed sixth in the 60-meter hurdles at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 8.38 seconds...competed on the Distance Medley Relay team at the HL Championships...was sixth at the Zips Invitational in the 60m dash with a time of 7.39 seconds...won the 60m hurdles at the YSU Invitational with a time of 8.29 seconds, finished seventh in the 400m dash with a time of 50.39 seconds.
2011 Outdoor (Freshman): Captured titles in both the 110m hurdles and the 400m hurdles at the Horizon League Championships, running the 110m hurdles in 14.56 seconds (14.84 seconds, qualifying) and the 400m hurdles in 53.10 seconds (53.76 seconds, qualifying)…both winning times were season-bests as well as the second-fastest in YSU history…took second in the 400m hurdles (53.88 seconds) and third in the 110m hurdles (14.61 seconds) at the Sparky Adams Invitational…finished second in the 110m hurdles (14.91 seconds) and fourth in the 400m hurdles (54.38 seconds) at the All-Ohio Championships…also took second in the 110m hurdles (14.92 seconds) at the Northeast Ohio Quad.
2011 Indoor (Freshman): Finished fourth in the 60m hurdles clocking a time of 8.39 seconds, was eight in the 400 meters with a time of 50.84 seconds and ran leadoff on the 4x400 meter relay squad at the Horizon League Championships.
High School: Earned four letters in track...set high school records for the 110m hurdles and the 300m hurdles (38.22)...named to the All-Delco Track and Field team from 2008-2010...coach was James Wharton..graduated with distinguished honors.
Personal: Born May 16, 1991...son of Yvonne Mitchell and Rodney Solomon...has eight sisters...academic interest is integrated social studies.
