Biography

High School: Earned three letters in track...was named team captain once...was a member of the 4x200m and 4x400m teams that set high school records...also set the school record for the 400m...was First-Team All-State in the 4x200m and 4x400m in 2005 and 2006...team was three-time county champions and two-time league champions...also played football, basketball and baseball...was a captain on the football team and a Division V Defensive Player of the Year.

Personal: Born on January 31, 1989...son of Dave and Brenda Roch...has two brothers, who both attended YSU...academic interest is Secondary Education.
