2011 Outdoor: Ran season-best times in the 5,000m (17:05.39) and in the 3,000m steeplechase (10:27.87) at the Horizon League Championships…finished 12th in the 1,500m at the Northeast Ohio Quad in a time of 4:21.64…ran the 5,000m in 17:25.17 to finish 10th at the All-Ohio Championships…finished the steeplechase in 10:51.16 at the Sparky Adams Invitational.
2010 Outdoor: Ran the 1,500m in 4:17.86 and the 800m in 2:02.14 at the Horizon League Championships…finished eleventh in the 5,000m at the Sparky Adams Invitational with a season-best 16:17.68…ran the 1,500m in a season-best 4:16.48 and the 5,000m in a time of 16:44.64 at the Raleigh Relays.
2010 Indoor: Ran a season-best mile time (9:37.41) at the Horizon League Indoor Championships…also ran a season-best 1,000m time of 2:42.2 at the Kent State Tune Up…finished the 3,000m in 9:43.49 at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala.
2009 XC (Freshman): Ran an 8k time of 30:46 to finish 96th at the Horizon League Championships ... also ran as a dispatcher in two other events for the Penguins ... finished with an 8k time of 29:43 to take 170th at the Bowling Green Falcon Invite ... also ran a four mile time of 23:08 to finish 52nd at Kent State.
