High School: Brooklyn Player of the Year after completing 160-of-306 passes (.523) for 2,300 yards with 23 touchdowns and six interceptions as a senior...led all CHSFL Class AAA quarterbacks in passing yards and touchdowns...rushed for 106 yards on 44 carries (2.4 average) and six touchdowns...tossed season-high four touchdown passes against Chaminade and threw for three scores in a game three times his senior season...led the Clippers to a 6-4 mark his senior season...in semifinal versus Iona Prep rushed for two touchdowns and threw for 189 yards and two touchdowns on 16-of-31 passing for 189 yards...threw for 1,304 yards with 10 touchdowns as junior...coach was Joe DeSiena...participated in the East vs. New Jersey Game as well as the Boomer Esiason All-Star Game...also played basketball and was member of state championship team as freshman.
