2017 (Junior): Played in all 11 games and started the final four contests at right guard...YSU averaged 222.5 yards rushing per game for the season and 200.5 in MVFC games…Penguins finished with 28 rushing touchdowns…YSU had six 240-yard plus rushing contests, including four in MVFC play…helped provide protection for three starting QBs in the final four games...played every snap in three games...earned his third letter.

2016 (Junior): Redshirted.

Air Force (2014-15): Was a member of the Academy and part of the football program...coach was Troy Calhoun.

HIGH SCHOOL: Second-team All-Ohio Division III selection as a senior...also named first-team NBC as a senior and was a first-team Division III All-Northeast Inland District pick...started at center in the North-South All-Star Game...was also a standout wrestler and competed in track and field...was a two-time state qualifier in wrestling.

PERSONAL: Parents are Brenda and Rodger Sharp...has two brothers...his brother Logan is a wrestler at Air Force...academic interest is pre-veterinarian...is the 2018-19 recipient of the Dunlap Scholarship endowment.
