Youngstown State pole vaulter Kaitlyn Eger was named the Under Armour #HLTF Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week for the second straight week, the conference announced on Tuesday. 

Eger won the pole vault at the SRU Dave Labor Invitational this past Saturday. She cleared a new personal-best mark of 4.05m in the victory on a sunny and windy day at the Lennox Track. She ranks first in Horizon League, 21st in the East Region and 47th in the NCAA in the event.

She won the pole vault at the Raleigh Relays and was named the HL Athlete of the Week for her victory.

The Penguins return to action later this week sending athletes to the Hurricanes Alumni Invitational and the Bucknell Bison Open.
