The Ducks answered with two runs in the bottom of the second to take a 6-2 lead, and they pushed the advantage to 14-2 with consecutive runs. Five of those tallies came on four hits and three walks in the bottom of the fifth.

Jang and Misael Uriepero walked to join Beckley in loading the bases, and Chyran Humphries plated two runs on a pinch-hit single up the middle. James Carlson followed with a single to bring in Uriepero and make the score 14-5.
Oregon scored an unearned run in the eighth, and Spencer doubled and scored on Jang's one-out RBI single in YSU's half of the ninth.
