The Youngstown State men's and women's swimming and diving programs will make their second trip to Akron, Ohio, this weekend when they compete in the four-day Zippy Invite at Oliver J. Ocasek Natatorium.

The Penguins defended their home pool during their last competition on Nov. 20-22 at the YSU Invite.
YSU set nine new program records during the meet, six for the men and two for the women.
The men's records set were by Quinn Cynor in the 100 fly (48.03), 100 backstroke (47.66), and 500 free (4:22.97), Zachary Lao in the one-meter dive (319.90), Rafael Serey-Cormier in the platform dive (326.10), and also the 400-medley relay team of Cynor, James Slessor, Lorenz Beck, and Jacob Gramer (3:12.42).
The women's records set were by Orla Maccines in the 100 fly (55.22) and Hanna Held in the platform dive (245.55).
The men won with 1693 points, while the women also placed first, totaling 1354 points.
