Indianapolis, Ind. – Youngstown State forward Kamryn Rosa was named the Horizon League Women's Soccer Freshman of the Year, and a school record five players earned postseason honors after a vote by the league's head coaches, the Horizon League announced on Friday.
Rosa is the first player in school history to earn the top freshman award, and this is the first time since 2014 that Youngstown State has placed multiple players on the all-league teams.
Rosa, who earned All-Horizon League Second Team honors, scored six goals with an assist for 13 points in league action. She tied for second in the league in goals scored and ranked sixth in total points. Overall, Rosa tied for the team lead with seven goals and tallied two assists for 16 points.
Senior defender Emma Rigone, who scored one goal in 2025, was named to the All-League Second Team and was a Sportsmanship Award Finalist while junior midfielder Camille Bultel, sophomore forward Sara Felder, and sophomore goalkeeper Maya Naimoli were named to the All-League Third Team.
Felder posted an impressive second season scoring eight goals overall with three assists for 19 points and posted six scores in Horizon League play. All three of her assists came in conference action, and she total 15 points which ranked tied for fourth in league action.
Naimoli posted a record of 6-2-2 with four shutouts, 40 saves and a .784 save percentage in league action. She ranked tied for third in saves, tied for third in shutouts, fourth with a 1.10 goals-against average, and fifth in save percentage.
Bultel posted a goal and three assists for five points in league action while she scored four goals with four assists overall.
