The Youngstown State baseball team fell 10-3 to Wright State in the series finale on Sunday at Nischwitz Stadium in Dayton, Ohio.
The Penguins went in front 1-0 in the top of the first inning before the Raiders scored the next 10 runs of the game. YSU plated a pair of runs in the top of the eighth to produce the final margin.
Youngstown State falls to 15-29 overall and 8-11 in Horizon League play while Wright State improves to 21-19 overall and 14-4 in league action.
Steven D'Eusanio went 2-for-4 with an RBI triple and a two-run home run to lead the Penguins offensively.
Dominick Bucko doubled and scored a run while
Andre Good doubled and walked twice.

Chad Coles was saddled with the loss after allowing seven runs on five hits with a career-high nine strikeouts and three walks over 4.2 innings.
Kenny Misik was responsible for one run without recording an out and
Alex Cardona issued three walks without recording an out.
Jon Snyder allowed two runs on three hits in two thirds of an inning.
Casey Marshalwitz tossed 1.2 scoreless innings before
Nathan Ball worked a scoreless eighth inning.
The Penguins jumped in front 1-0 in the top of the first inning when
Braeden O'Shaughnessy was hit by a pitch, stole second and scored on an RBI triple by D'Eusanio.
The Raiders responded immediately by scoring two runs on two hits in the home half of the first inning. Julian Greenwell drew a leadoff walk and scored on a one-out RBI triple by Jay Luikart. Later in the frame, Luikart scored on a two-out RBI single from Zane Harris to give Wright State a 2-1 lead.
WSU pushed its lead to 4-1 in the bottom of the second inning when Avery Fisher drew a one-out walk and Andrew Patrick followed with a two-run home run to left field.
The score remained the same until the Raiders struck for four runs on two hits in the bottom of the fifth inning. Patrick hit a solo home run to lead off the inning and Luikart hit a two-run blast three batters later. Fisher drew a bases-loaded walk later in the inning to increase Wright State's advantage to 8-1.
The WSU lead grew to 10-1 in the bottom of the sixth when Gehrig Anglin delivered a two-run single.
Youngstown State cut Wright State's lead to 10-3 in the top of the eighth inning when Bucko hit a leadoff double and D'Eusanio followed with a two-run homer down the left field line.
WSU starter Alex Theis earned the victory after allowing one run on three hits and striking out 10 batters over six innings of work. Aaron Ernst was charged with two runs on three hits while fanning five batters in two innings of relief. Logan Tabeling worked a scoreless ninth inning with a pair of strikeouts.
Alec Sayre, Luikart and Patrick each had two hits for the Raiders, who outhit the Penguins 9-6. Patrick hit a pair of home runs and had three RBIs while Luikart drove in three runs as well.
Youngstown State will return to Horizon League play on Friday when it welcomes Purdue Fort Wayne to Eastwood Field for doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m.
