2018 (Freshman): Pitched in 19 games out of the bullpen and made two starts… Finished with a 1-1 record and a 13.18 ERA in 28 innings pitched… Struck out 29 batters while walking 25… Pitched in eight games out of the bullpen during Horizon League play… Earned his win after not allowing a hit over two scoreless innings of relief at Ohio (5/9)… Posted season highs with 3.1 innings pitched and six strikeouts at UIC (5/18)… Recorded more than three outs in seven of his appearances… Did not allow an earned run in nine of his outings and held opponents without a hit in seven different contests.
High School: Threw 61 innings with 84 strikeouts while leading his team to a WPIAL championship during his junior season... Wrestled in the 182-pound weight class and finished as the county runner up while coming in fifth in the WPIAL finals... Played for the Pittsburgh Diamond Dawgs and Baird Brothers of the Youngstown Class B League during the summer.
