The Youngstown State football team will visit Ohio State on Sept. 9, 2023, the programs announced on Monday.

The Penguins previously played against the Buckeyes in 2007 and 2008 at Ohio Stadium. YSU last played a Big Ten foe in 2021 when it visited Michigan State.

YSU opens the 2022 campaign on Sept. 3 against Dayton at Stambaugh Stadium.
