Last-Second Goal Lifts Detroit Mercy to 1-0 Overtime Win Over Women's Soccer

Detroit Mercy's Paige Roberts scored with just four seconds left in overtime to lead the Titans over the Youngstown State women's soccer team, 1-0, on Wednesday evening at Farmers National Bank Field in the Covelli Sports Center.
The Penguins fall to 4-11-1 overall and 0-7 in the Horizon League while the Titans improve to 4-11-1 overall and 1-6 in the league.
Freshman Sydney Ossege led the Penguins with five shots, including two shots on goal, while goalkeeper Kylee Moffett tallied 10 saves in the loss.
The Titans outshot the Penguins, 19-7, and had 11 shots on goal while each team posted four corner kicks.
Youngstown State visits Milwaukee, Saturday, Oct. 21, at 1 p.m.
