Cooper, Brennan Fuel Soccer's Overtime Comeback Against Robert Morris

Youngstown -- Sophomore Kara Cooper scored her sixth goal of the season just 1:36 into overtime to lift the Youngstown State soccer team to a 2-1 victory over Robert Morris on Sunday afternoon at Stambaugh Stadium.
The Penguins improve to 3-4-1 while the Colonials fall to 3-4.
Junior Lauren Brennan scored a goal and assisted on Cooper's game-winner while freshman Olivia Dressler assisted on both goals.
Trailing 1-0 after a goal by Robert Morris' Rachel Sebbens with 15
minutes left in the first half, Brennan fielded a crossing pass
from Dressler and drilled her first goal of the season into the
top-right corner of the goal to knot the match at 1-1 with 8:24
left in regulation.
In the overtime, Cooper ended the game with her second game-winning overtime goal after two perfectly executed passes from Dressler and Brennan.
Senior Mariah Snyder, who was making her season debut at goalkeeper, tallied five saves.
The Penguins host Saint Francis (Pa.), Sunday, Sept. 27, at 4 p.m. at Stambaugh Stadium.
