Youngstown -- Loyola's Ana Claudia Michelini's goal with 3:42 left in the first half lifted the Ramblers past the Youngstown State soccer team, 1-0, on Friday evening at Stambaugh Stadium.
The Ramblers improve to 3-9-1 overall and 2-2-1 in the Horizon League while the Penguins fall to 3-5-2 overall and 0-1 in the Horizon League.
Senior goalkeeper Mariah Snyder tallied five saves while senior Jordan Gapczynski tallied the Guins' lone shot on goal.
The Penguins visit Detroit, Sunday, Oct. 4, at 3 p.m. in Detroit, Mich.
