Brennan Scores Second Goal as Soccer Falls to Milwaukee, 6-1

Milwaukee, Wis. -- Junior Lauren Brennan notched her second goal of the season but the Youngstown State soccer team dropped a 6-1 decision to Milwaukee on Sunday afternoon.
The Penguins fall to 3-8-2 overall and 0-4 in the Horizon League while the Panthers improve to 7-5-3 overall and 5-0 in the league.
After the Panthers jumped out to a 2-0 lead, Brennan posted her 14th career goal to cut the deficit to 2-1 just 26 minutes into the game. The Panthers, however, notched three more goals before the intermission to take a 5-1 lead at halftime.
The Penguins host Valparaiso, Friday, Oct. 16, at 4 p.m. at Stambaugh Stadium.
