2017 Indoor (Senior): Placed twenty-third in the 3,000 meter run at the Horizon League Championships posting a time of 8:54.33...placed eighteenth in the 5,000 meter run posting a time of 15:24.65.
2016 Outdoor (Junior): Had a season-best time of 16:07.60 in the 5,000m race at the Ashland Alumni Open...also ran the 1,500m at Ashland posting a time of 4:11.01.
2016 Indoor (Junior): Competed in the 3,000 and 5,000-meter run at the Horizon League Championships to help the Penguins win the HL Championships...had a personal-best time in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:03.29 at the Zips Invitational...ran a personal-best time of 15:42.44 in the 5,000-meter run at the YSU College Invitational.
2015 Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 14th in the 10,000 meter run at the Horizon League Championship meet with a personal best time of 33:55.30...had season-best times in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 4:32.70 and in the 3,000 meter run with a time of 9:41.89 at the Northeast Ohio Invitational...ran a personal best in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 16:15.02 at the Ashland Alumni Open.
2015 Indoor (Sophomore): Had a top time in the 5,000-meter run at the Horizon League Championship with a time of 15:47.28 to place 17th...was 20th in the 3,000m run with a time of 9:04.64, which was a season-best performance.
Cleveland State (2014): Attended CSU, but did not compete.
Lake Erie (2013): Ran cross country for the Storm in 2013.
