2023 (Senior): Competed in one race on the season…Clocked a 27:35 in the 6k at the Bill Lennox Slippery Rock Invitational (10/7).

2022 (Junior): Competed in five of six races on the season…Clocked a 24:13.1 in the 6k at the NCAA Great Lakes Regionals (11/11)…Logged a season-best 6k time of 23:56.4 at the Horizon League Championships to finish 49th (10/29)…Competed at the Penn State National Open, clocking a 24:43.8 in the 6k (10/14)…Was the Penguins’ top finisher in the open race at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational with a season-best 5k time of 19:51.2 (9/23)…Clocked a 25:33.7 at the Penn State Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational (9/9).

2021 (Sophomore): Competed in two events...Finished 34th at the Colonial Invitational with a season-best 6K time of 25:43.4 (9/17)...Posted a 4K time of 17:26.4 at the inaugural Yinzer Classic (9/3).

2020 (Freshman): Did not compete in 2020. 

High School: Was a two-time Ohio Division I Championships participant...helped lead the Tigers make it to the state meet in 2019 and qualified as an individual for the 2017 state contest...Howland was the first Mahoning Valley High School program to reach the Division I state meet since 1996...best time was 19:10.20...as a sophomore, finished 23rd in Division II Boardman Regional...coach was Robin Kapalko...played basketball and competed in the distance events in track and field.
