High School: Was a standout jumper at Delta...advanced to the Indiana Boys State Championship in the long jump...won the regional, sectional and country championship...went over 23-feet on five occasions...had a personal-best leap of 23 feet, 7.5 inches...won the country title in the high jump clearing a personal-best 6-4...as a junior finished third in the long jump at the Indiana State Championship meet with leap of 22-11...won the regional, sectional and country titles in the long jump...was sixth at the regional meet while winning the sectional and county titles in the high jump...as a sophomore, was sixth in the long jump and 13th in the high jump at the state meet...also ran the 100m, 200m and 400m during his career.

Personal: Is a 2024-25 recipient of the Coach Guy Pizzoferrato Memorial Scholarship.
