Biography

2011 Outdoor (Sophomore): Ran a season-best time of 12:09.63 in the 3,000m steeplechase to finish 10th at the Horizon League Championships…ran the 3,000m at the Northeast Ohio Quad in 10:54.52 to finish 10th…also ran the 5,000m in 18:51.74 at the Duke Invitational.

2010 Outdoor (Freshman): Ran a personal-best time of 11:43.52 in the 3,000m steeplechase to finish third at the Horizon League Championships ... the time ranks fifth in school history ... finished 15th in the steeplechase at the All Ohio Championships with a time of 11:53.61 ... had a time of 12:03.79 in the event to finish eighth at the Sea Ray Relays ... also finished 15th in the 5,000m at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 19:47.61.

2010 Indoor: Redshirted.

2009 XC (Freshman): Ran a time of 20:38 to finish in 29th place at the Horizon League Championship ... scored in all five meets for the season ... ran a personal-best 5k time of 19:52 in her collegiate debut at the Akron Quad Meet ... finish the event in 12th... finished in 41st at the PSU Spiked Shoe Invitational with a time of 24:03 ... was the third-best finisher for the Penguins at the 6k Bowling Green Falcon Invitational with a time of 23:55 ... also ran a time of 21:24 at the All-Ohio Championships.

High School: Was a 15-time letterwinner among cross country, track, basketball, volleyball, and ultimate frisbee at Kitsilano Secondary...set school records in the 3,000m (10:06), 1,500m (4:45), 800m (2:25), and 4x400m (4:30)...was a four time champion in the Vancouver cross country championships and in the 1,500m and 3,000m...was the Provincial champion in the steeplechase in 2008...also an 11-time Team All-Star at Kitsilano...won the Loma Mackenzie Award which is given to the top-athlete...won the Grand Aggregate Award four years for being the top-runner in Vancouver...finished third in 2006 and fifth in 2007 in the 3,000m at Nationals...was a member of the National Champion ultimate frisbee team in 2009...also a member of the team division National Champion in cross country at Nationals in 2007.

Personal: Born June 4, 1991...parents are Brad and Andrea Digby...has a sister (Erica)...major is biology.
