Played in all 11 games and started 10 times...only game not started was the home finale vs. UNI on Senior Day...credited with 28 total tackles, including 14 solo stops...had two sacks and a quarterback hurry...had five tackles at West Virginia, four of which were solos...also had a hurry against the Mountaineers...finished with five tackles against Indiana State (two solos and three assists)...had a sack against the Sycamores...had three tackles against Butler and Indiana State...had two stops in five contests...had a tackle in every game...earned his first letter.

2017 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in six games as a reserve defensive tackle...had five tackles on the season...credited with two solos and three assists...had three assists and was part of a pair of sacks against Robert Morris...at Pittsburgh, had a sack for a seven-yard loss that came on third-and-goal from the YSU three-yard line...Pitt followed with a missed field goal on fourth down...had a solo tackle against Illinois State that was a TFL...earned his first letter.

2016 (Freshman): Redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: Special-Mention All-Ohio Division II selection as a defensive lineman...first-team Division II All-Norteast Inland District pick...played offensive guard, defensive tackle and outside linebacker...had a breakout senior season on defense...was created with 68 total tackles, including 15 TFLs and six sacks...set school single-season record for tackles for losses in 2015 by a tackle...also had 14 quarterback pressures for the year...was a first-team All-AAC selection Gold-Tier as an offensive lineman...as a junior had 15 tackles and nine QB hurries...played in the North-South All-Star Classic...was a three-time letterwinner...served as a captain as a senior...coach was Joe Ignazio...was also a wrestler.
