Youngstown, Ohio – The Youngstown State men's basketball program is hosting a Youth Camp and four Elite Camps in the summer of 2025, Head Coach Ethan Faulkner announced.
The Youth Camp is set for June 9-11 at Stambaugh Stadium Gyms. This camp is geared for boys and girls in grades K-6th. The cost of the youth camp is $101 and $54 for each additional sibling.
The Youth Skills Camp will help kids learn drills that focus on dribbling, shooting, passing and defense. In addition, kids will be able to play in friendly competitions in a fun atmosphere which further enhances their passion for the sport of basketball.
The Elite Camps are scheduled for June 6-7 and June 13-14 at Zidian Family Arena at Beeghly Center. This camp is designed for athletes from 7th-12th grade and high school postgraduates. The cost of the camp is $106 per athlete per day.
The camp will offer individual and group instruction in all phases of the game. A strong emphasis will be devoted to the fundamentals needed to improve your overall game. Each player will be coached throughout the camp by the YSU Men's Basketball staff and players. Basketball attire and a great attitude are all that is required!
The Elite Camp will offer a full day of games for high school students looking to improve their game and be evaluated by a Division I coaching staff.
Concessions with Gatorade and water will be available.
