Youngstown, Ohio — Youngstown State head volleyball coach Riley Jarrett will offer six camp options for players and teams wishing to improve their volleyball skills this summer.
The camps are run by Riley Jarrett Volleyball Camps LLC and are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender. Discounts are available for select camps for YSU employees and siblings.
Five of the camp options will be held on Youngstown State's campus, and four of them will be second week of July.
The first camp option will be an advanced skills camp comprised of three separate sessions focusing on different areas of play for girls entering grades 9-12. The three-day camp will go from June 19-21, with day one focusing on attacking and blocking, day two keying on setting, and day three focusing on defense.
The stretch in July will start on July 7 with a youth camp for girls entering grades 4-6, and an all-skills camp for girls entering seventh through ninth grade will be held on July 8. Jarrett will then host an Elite Prospect Camp on July 9-10 for players in the 2026 through 2029 graduating classes, and a team competition camp will be held for junior varsity and varsity teams on July 11-12. High school teams also have the option to have Jarrett operate a satellite camp.
A summary of each camp option is below, and more information and registration is available through penguinsvolleyballcamps.com. Questions should be directed to Jarrett at rileyjarrettvolleyballcampsysu@gmail.
