2021-22 (Fifth Year): Earned All-Academic Team accolades from the NTCA and the Southland… Named to the All-Tournament Team at the Southland Bowling League Championship… Bowled in 33 traditional games and totaled 6,620 pins for an average of 200.61, which was the highest of her career by five pins… Had a record-setting weekend at Nebraska’s Big Red Invitational the final weekend of February… Was the Penguins’ anchor when they recorded their first 300 game in school history in any format in a Baker match against Valparaiso (2/25)… YSU went on to set a new school record for highest Baker match total with a 1,189… A day later, she tied the school record for highest individual game with a 289 in a match against Nebraska… Her average of 223.40 in traditional play at the Big Red Invitational was the third-best tournament average in program history… Led the Penguins with a 204.6 average at the Southland Championship… Reached 200 on 19 occasions in traditional play… Missed three tournaments in the middle of the season with an injury… In Baker play, averaged 20.07 pins per frame over 572 frames… Overall, averaged 20.08 pins per frame, which was the third-best scoring average in school history… Struck on 49 percent of her strike attempts, made 70.65 percent of her spare attempts, and registered a mark in 85.22 percent of her frames… Was granted a fifth-season of eligibility based on the NCAA’s blanket waiver for COVID-19 in the 2020-21 season.
2020-21 (Senior): Named to the Southland Bowling League All-Academic Team and an NTCA All-Academic scholar-athlete... Was the only Penguin to compete in all 44 team matches... Totaled 8,449 pins for an average of 192.02... Her 18 games over 200 ranked second on the team... Registered the second-highest game in program history with a 273 against Lincoln Memorial at the Big Red Invitational (2/28)... She also has a 267 from 2019-20 to her credit, which gives her the second and third-highest games ever by a Penguin... Her highest tournament finish of the season came at the James Brown Invitational when she placed fifth with a 988 total over five games (197.6 average)... She also placed eighth at the Bearcat Hammer Open to start the season, and she had four total top-25 finishes... Bowled in 539 Baker frames and averaged 19.60 pins per frame, which ranked second on the squad, as the fourth or fifth bowler in the lineup... Bowled in the anchor position as YSU set a new school record for highest Baker game with a 279 against Maryville at the Big Red Invitational (2/26)... For the year, bowled in 974 frames and posted 450 strikes and 357 spares... Struck on 46.20 percent of her attempts, converted on 68.13 percent of her spares and registered a fill percentage of 82.85.
2019-20 (Junior): Named to the Southland Bowling League All-Academic Team and an NTCA All-Academic scholar-athlete... Competed in all 10 tournaments... Was in the lineup as YSU set school records for highest baker match, team match, Baker round total, team round total and tournament average... Bowled in all 50 team games and totaled 9,781 pins for an average of 195.62, which ranked third on the team... Tied a school record with 22 games of at least 200, and her 267 game against Alabama A&M at the Mid-Winter Invitational on Feb. 15 was the second-highest game in program history... Totaled a season-best 1,038 over five games at that tournament as well as the Big Red Invitational two weeks later... Finished in the top 25 individually at eight of YSU’s 10 tournaments and was in the top 35 in all 10... Her highest individual finish came when she placed fifth at the Red Flash Invitational to earn all-tournament team honors... Bowled in 767 Baker frames with an average 19.62 pins per frame as YSU's primary anchor... For the year, had 577 strikes and 485 spares in 1,267 frames... Posted a 45.54 strike percentage, which ranked second on the squad, and converted on 70.29 percent of her spare attempts... Ranked second on the team with an 83.82 fill percentage.
2018-19 (Sophomore): Named to the Southland All-Academic Team and a scholar-athlete by the NTCA and the NCBCA... Competed in all nine tournaments... Bowled in 1,090 frames and registered an 18.66 frame average, 440 strikes and 451 spares... Struck on 40.27 percent of her attempts and converted 69.07 percent of her spare attempts for an 81.52 fill percentage... Bowled in all 42 team games and averaged 189.00 with 7,938 pins... Posted 12 games of at least 200, which tied for the second most on the team... Bowled the team’s second and third-highest games of the season – a 254 vs. St. Francis Brooklyn at the KU Invitational (1/19) and a 244 vs. Texas Southern at the Track Kat Klash (11/3)... Also bowled a 238, the sixth-highest total by a Penguin, versus Valparaiso at the Warhawk Classic (11/10)... Placed in the top 25 at four tournaments – 13th at the Warhawk Classic, 19th at the KU Invitational, 20th at the Hawk Flight Invite and 24th at the Track Kat Klash... Her tournament pinfall of 1,075 at the Warhawk Classic was the second-highest in school history... Bowled in 673 Baker frames and averaged 18.50 pins per frame... Ranked second on the team in Baker frames and was third in Baker frame average.
2017-18 (Freshman): Voted the program’s MVP for the season by her teammates... Named an NTCA All-Academic scholar-athlete... Appeared in 37 team games and totaled 6,580 pins for an average of 177.84... Rolled seven games of at least 200, including a season high of 242 against Chestnut Hill in her second collegiate match on Oct. 15... Bowled at least 190 in four of the five games at the Bud Whitman Memorial to place ninth... Totaled 1,019 pins in the five-game tournament to average 203.80... That was the second-highest individual placing and the second-best pinfall by a Penguin during the season... Was YSU’s second-highest individual finisher in three tournaments, including the final two of the campaign... Closed the campaign with a 961 over five games at the Columbia 300 Music City Classic... Bowled in 323 Baker games and started 60 matches... Made 46 starts in the fourth position, 13 starts in the third slot and one at anchor... . Recorded frame averages of 17.97 in traditional games and 17.43 in Baker matches for an overall average of 17.63... Struck in 35.74 percent of her frames and converted on 65.13 percent of her spare attempts... Marked in 77.59 percent of her frames.
High School: Qualified for the state tournament three times at Crestwood High... Averaged at least 182 in all four of her high school seasons… Finished 30th individually at the Ohio state tournament as a senior… Bowled a 647 series with a high game of 223 to take the top spot at the Portage Trail Conference title as a senior… Named a Winter Varsity All-Star by the Record-Courier… Named the PTC Bowler of the Year as a junior when she averaged 193… Finished 19th at the Ohio state tournament… Named First-Team All-PTC and qualified for the state tournament as a sophomore… Led the Red Devils to their first conference title in program history… Also named all-conference as a freshman… Qualified for the Junior Gold Championships after her junior and senior seasons…Placed 10th at the Teen Masters Tournament after her junior year.
Personal: Parents are Sean and Jeannie... Has a brother (Sean)... Major is accounting... Won a title in the U20 division in the Future Stars Bowling Tour... Finished in a tie for 12th place at the 2019 Junior Gold Championships... Recipient of the 2021-22 Ervin J. Dodge Scholarship.
