High School: First-team Division III All-Ohio selection as an offensive lineman...earned Mack Truck Bulldog Award, which goes to area's top offensive lineman...named one of the five blocks of granite for the myvalleysports.com Big 22 squad...helped pave the way for Division III Offensive Player of the Year Braylon Heard...Heard rushed for nearly 2,000 yards in 15 games...first-team All-Northeast Inland District Division III pick...Mooney beat Columbus St. Francis DeSales 35-7 in the Division III State Championship game capping a 15-0 season...Cardinals ran for 274 yards in title contest...Mooney finished the year ranked No. 3 by MaxPreps, 20th by Rivals.com and No. 9 in the Midwest by USA Today...as a junior, was a Special-Mention Division IV All-Ohio honoree...Cardinals were 9-3 his junior season reaching the state playoffs...as a sophomore, Mooney was 14-1 with lone defeat a one-point loss to Coldwater in state title game...set school record by starting 42 games...coach was P.J.
